Leadership
Chris Roos is an operator, investor, and builder. From 2014 to 2022 he was an Officer in the Navy SEAL Teams, where he deployed to East Africa and Yemen, and led innovation initiatives for Naval Special Warfare's undersea component. Following his time in the military, Chris earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance. During business school he gained exposure to early-stage startups, including Graza and GigSafe, through a venture capital firm, Brand Foundry, and attempted to start his own sunscreen company. Following business school, Chris joined Jefferies as an Investment Banking Associate, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Transportation and Logistics industry. Chris is a husband and father of three children, currently residing in Richmond, VA.
